Car parks
Westfield Bondi Junction gives 2 hours free. Eastgate has paid hourly parking via Bronte Road and Spring Street. Both are about a 5 minute walk.
Accessible access
A loading zone directly outside our front entrance for drop-offs, and step-free entry from the street into reception. Let us know when you book if you need extra help on arrival.
Bring to your first visit
Your first appointment is a 45 minute assessment and treatment session. We take a detailed history, examine how you move, and explain what we find and what we suggest before you leave.
- Scans and reports (MRI, X-ray, CT, ultrasound)
- Letters from your GP, specialist or dentist
- Health fund card, for HICAPS rebates on the day
- Medicare card, GP referral and an EFTPOS card for Medicare claims
- Claim number, insurer details and certificate of capacity for workers compensation or CTP
- Comfortable clothing you can move in, such as activewear

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a doctor's referral to book?
No. You can book online or by phone without a referral. You only need a GP referral if you want to claim a Medicare rebate.
Can I claim physiotherapy through Medicare?
Yes, if your GP has referred you under a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan, which replaced the older GP Management Plan and Team Care Arrangements in July 2025. Referrals written under the older plans stay valid until the sessions on them are used.
Do you treat workers compensation and CTP claims?
Yes. Bring your claim number, insurer details and certificate of capacity if you have one. Fees are set by SIRA. Where your employer and insurer are involved, we keep them updated and build your rehabilitation around a safe, sustainable return to work.
How long are appointments?
All consultations are 45 minutes, including follow-ups.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the time to someone on our waitlist.
Is the clinic wheelchair accessible?
Yes. There is step-free entry from the street and a loading zone directly outside for drop-offs.
